At Kuvira Sports, we strive to deliver premium-quality products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unplayed, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoices must be included.

  • The product must not show signs of use, damage, or wear.

Products returned without original packaging or in used condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling.

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories.

  • Gift cards (if applicable).

  • Clearance or final sale items, unless received damaged or defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after collecting the required payment details.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We replace products only if they are defective, damaged during transit, or an incorrect item was delivered.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), Kuvira Sports will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped for a full refund.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible PIN codes and orders. Kuvira Sports reserves the right to require prepaid payment for certain high-value or suspicious orders.
